On Friday in our community the We Are Alive Tribe we share about our day.
Had to sort a few things out today had a few visitors, plus the little one was not feeling very well.
But i did manage to make a bit of cash selling some product so that is great i will be paying that into the bank to pay a bill and buy some crypto on Monday.
I am planning to try and get more exercise over the weekend, i take regular vitamins and try and eat healthy as possible.
I plan to start doing some yoga again i kind of let it slip but i was enjoying it.
This isn't a new year resolution thing this is a get out of holiday mood thing.
I have been taking these sprays for over a year now it is much better than a pill and is made with natural ingredients.
I have seen an improvement in my health and general mood.
Curating Content
I have been curating content for Alive and Thriving today on and off and have been at this for a little while and i am enjoying it we are working out all the kinks.
We have a great little team going @flaxz @iamraincrystal @ddn688 and me.
I am constantly telling people about Hive and the attached communities, i think i am going to be doing more community exploring next week.

Meaningful Conversations
I wanted to give @jlufer a mention because he is such a welcoming soul, well worth going and introducing yourself too.
Going to do some gaming with my son this weekend i promised him so that's what we are going to do. I am going to surprise him i made out i was probably going to be too busy, but i can work it out.
