Sometimes we are rushing around so much we forget to stop to take our in our environment.
Little Eva wanted to take the picture so i was really not sure how it was going to turn out seems, pretty good and we got the sheep in behind us.
Living in our sleepy little village is awesome really not much happens.
However just around the corner something unexpected can happen.
We got about half way home and Eva started playing up, which is unusual for her when she walks with me.
After many tears and a massive scene near the park, we finally got home and because of her outburst, i made her sit on the stairs.
It is a punishment we put in place when our children need to adjust their attitude, it works better than anything else we have tried.
Anyway as it is it turns out she was not feeling very well and did not know that was why she was not feeling herself.
We hugged it out everything is fine now and hopefully she feels better in the morning.
Here is a wisdom card i pulled sometimes it helps.
Mindfulness
I am aware of my thoughts and ask myself are they uplifting and are they true.
I do this because i know that my thoughts significally affect my emotional and physical health and because my body believes everything that i believe.
I am not in control of all situations that come my way nor am i in control what others do and say: however i do have free will as to how to respond.
I choose to respond to all situations from an enlightened position, rather than just reacting.
It was on point for my day to be honest they normally are.
