Hi everyone!
I and my team members came up the idea of how hive platform can grow more bigger.
My team members are @seunnara and @debby-cwm.
First, we want to say thanks to the leaders of the Newbie Initiative. The program has been amazing so far. We've learned so much and feel more prepared for Hive. Our group came up with an idea that we think could really help Hive. We want to start a new community called "Hive Dancers."
Dance talent shows are super popular on social media. Lots of people love watching dance competitions like BB Naija and Nja Talents to see the amazing skills on display. There are so many gifted dancers out there who could shine on Hive too.
Here's how we envision the Hive Dancers group working:
There would be a weekly dance contest for people to enter. The leaders would pick a song each week and announce it to the group. Anyone who wants to join can make a dance video using that song and post it before the deadline.
The dance style can be whatever they want - hip hop, ballet, cultural, freestyle, etc. Get creative with the choreography! Show off your best moves and flair.
After the deadline, all the videos will be gathered and put up for the community to vote on. The top 3 vote getters each week win prizes! There could also be prizes for most creative dance, fan favorite, etc.
The contests will showcase the diversity of dance talents in the Hive community. More people will discover gifted dancers they can follow and support. It's a chance for everyone to shine, whether they're professionals or amateurs who just love to groove.
For those interested in dance but nervous to compete, we can also have tutorials and discussions. Veteran dancers can offer tips and behind-the-scenes looks at their craft. There is so much knowledge to be shared!
Dancing relieves stress for so many people. By creating the Hive Dancers space, we hope dancers will connect over their shared passion. Lifelong bonds can form over a common love of dance.
Hive has room for creators of all kinds, including talented dancers. Let's dance together!
A weekly dance contest could become a fun tradition that community members look forward to. There's always excitement around competition, especially when prizes are at stake! The contests will likely produce some viral moments and memorable performances that get shared around Hive.
To choose the weekly songs, the leaders could poll the community and let members nominate songs they'd love to dance to. This gives everyone a say in the music selection.
We could also have special guest judges sometimes - well-known Hive personalities or professional dancers to critique the performances and give feedback. Their insider expertise would really add to the competitions.
In addition to contests, the Hive Dancers page could share dance tips, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with members, inspirational stories, and more. This keeps the community engaged between competitions.
Collaborations between dancers could produce magical results! We might see exciting pair or group performances. Mixing dance styles and creative.

Benefit of dance community include
1. It will continue to mental health of the viewers
2. People get to learn from different culture.
3. It brings about unity.
4. It boost people's participation.
