What is Stress?

Stress is how we react when we feel pressured or threatened. This usually happens when we are in a situation that we don't feel we can manage or control that condition.
When you're stressed and you have so many responsibilities that you're struggling to handle and you feel like you can't do that responsibilities.In a stressful situation, people tend to do things that are not within their control and such things turn out to be dangerous for them.

What causes Stress?

When a person feels under a lot of pressure, he becomes stressed.
• When a person faces a major change in his life, he tends to stress over it in his mind.
• It can also cause stress when something is upsetting or worrying someone too much.
• When someone not have any control over the outcome of any situation,he may have depressed.
• It also may cause of depression,when someone has responsibilities that he find overwhelming.
• When any person don't want to do any enough work, activities,or any change in his life,he may be stressed.

Effects of Stress

Stress can cause emotional and mental symptoms such as Anxiety or irritability,Depression, Panic attacks and Sadness. It also can cause heart attack. The decisions taken in stressed situation may cause a lot of loss and can be dangerous for them.

How can we cope with stress

There are many ways to handle the stress such as take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including those on social media.

Take care of yourself and your body. Make time to unwind and talk to others. Connect yourself with the community or faith-based organizations. Avoid drugs and alcohol,etc.
