Hi Everyone !

In this post, I am back to take part in the Contest Week 36 Edition 1 held by the Hive Learners Community.

This is one of the very interesting topics in Week 36 Edition 1, because the theme of the Contest this time is "The Customer is Always Right". And on this occasion, I will share my personal experience as a customer who often buys things at various stores and encounters various types of sellers.

The term customer is always right is not always attached to a customer, this is because every seller and customer has a different type and usually customers are always right often addressed to customers who like to haggle over prices.

Sellers don't have many choices when they have to deal with customers who like to haggle over prices, so they are actually very lazy to meet that type of customer, but they have no other choice because they are also have to sell their wares, including to people who like to bargain price of goods.

Usually customers often bid the price of their merchandise below the market price, so sellers usually can't take much advantage of this type of customer. And that is the reason why the customer is always right because the seller cannot argue too much with the price offer that the buyer is offering.

If the seller does not agree with the price offered by the customer, the customer usually chooses to buy at another store and that is what makes Punjual not have many choices so they have to deal at the price offered by the customer even though they not get much profit from the sale.

However, because the customer is always right, the shop owner or seller must agree with the price offered by the buyer, because otherwise the buyer will not buy their wares and choose to buy at another store. Cases like this do often occur in the world of trade and I myself as a customer often do it too.

There is another term that is most attached to the sale and purchase of goods, that the buyer is the king and the seller must serve the buyer as if he were a king. Although at this time we find many sellers who are not friendly to buyers and make buyers uncomfortable shopping there, and that type of seller will usually always be empty of customers because they are not friendly to buyers.

Many large shops serve buyers like a king and that is a common thing in the world of commerce. Because have of the term "Buyer Is King" So sellers do have to serve customers like a king even though the buyers appearance looks mediocre.

Back to the main topic that "The customer is always right" and this term is not always right because it depends on the seller and the buyer too. But if there are customers who like to bid on the price of merchandise, then that is true because usually sellers don't have many choices for that type of customer like that.

And the point is that the term "Customer is Always Right" is true, but not all customers are of that type when they are buying something. Because there are types of customers who don't want to be complicated and don't have much to bargain for, and those types of customers are not included in the term "Customer is Always Right".
