Lets Enjoy A Delicious Peach, Peanut And Cinnamon Round Bread Cake Recipe ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿฅฏโค๏ธ!

Today I want to share and teach you all of how to make and bake a different version of delicious bread cake with some special ingredients that will give it flavors, making it a more than healthy bread cake ๐Ÿฅฏ.

During the course of work in the week I had a bit of time to branch into the supermarket and while shopping ๐Ÿ› my eyes rested on this Peach ๐Ÿ‘ milk ๐Ÿฅ› and I quickly picked it up because Peach ๐Ÿ‘ is a unique and delicious fruit that has a very good taste.

And once I had this milk in my chart , Creative Sunday Initiative came to mind of how to bake a delicious healthy bread cake using this Peach ๐Ÿ‘ milk ๐Ÿฅ›, adding to it some fresh roasted Peanut ๐Ÿฅœ with some touch of Cinnamon. What a delight? You can imagine how this will smell in the kitchen while baking and the taste we will get while eating it . Its a whole lots of yummy irresistible guys ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ‘. With this you can bake and enjoy your own bread cake ๐Ÿฅฏ at home.

Come with me guys to show you the combination steps for making and baking this bread cake recipe ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿฅฏ.

INGREDIENT:

300 g of all purpose flour
1/2 glass of peach milk
1/2 cup of roasted peanut
2 tablespoons of margarine
50 g of premium sugar
11/2 teaspoon of active yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 glass of warm water ๐Ÿ’ฆ
Salt to taste

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare and bake this unique bread cake, we first pour warm water in a bowl, add o yeast and teaspoon of granules sugar, then stir them both to delicious properly.

Step 2.

Cover the yeast for at least 5 minutes to properly rise.

Step 3.

While waiting for the yeast to rise, we will pour the flour into a bigger bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ, add salt, cinnamon and sugar. Stir them together properly to incorporate. These are called dry ingredients.

Step 4.

To inculcate the margarine ๐Ÿงˆ, I will use the tip of my fingers to mix it into the flour.

Step 5.

The main base of this recipe, the Peach ๐Ÿ‘ milk I will measure 1/2 a glass ๐Ÿฅƒ.

Step 6.

Next I will add the peach milk into the flour mix, and now the risen yeast too.. Stir them and will use my palm โœ‹ to properly knead them in properly.

Step 7.

The peanut I will also inculcate , knead it into the flour until it disappears from surface.

Step 8.

Once the dough is ready, I will take it into the glazed baking pan, flatten it with the back of my palm to make it more roundish, and made a hole ๐Ÿ•ณ for inserting some peanuts.

As in here above with a slash at the centre for more creativity.

Step 9.

I will heat up the oven for just 1 minute warming it to keep the dough in it for 30 minutes to rise more in quantity.. Or you cover the dough with a towel for 30 minutes in a warmer place.

And as in here after 30 minutes..

Step 10.

Finally set to bake this beauty after preheating the oven again, and will bake it at 180 Celsius for 25 minutes for a light golden brown finishing..
