This second edition topic is one with lots of memory because some people love alcohol 🍺 more than they love ❤️ themselves. And most times I ask questions like what do people see in alcohol that makes them keep drinking it even when its so risky to our health?
I can’t imagine drinking alcohol and getting drunk because its always a state when one looses self control and exhibit nonchalantly. So am always cautious when taking alcohol. The many times I remembered, I was always just tipsy which I make sure to still be in control of myself and behavioral acts. And in most cases it will just be around the house maybe on any weekend I feel like relaxing with some red wine 🍷
But this incident I want to share is a memory I remember anytime I reflect on what alcohol 🍺 can do to many who do not even care or feel shame because alcohol on its own is shameless. So to many who engages into alcohol drinking and getting drunk are the ones that should ask themselves questions.
I had a neighbor in my former house I lived who loves drinking and over drinking. He stays up stairs while my family and I stays down under his own apartment. And because its a four flats apartment, another neighbor stays at the back up stairs too. It now happened that one day my neighbor came back very drunk, went into the staircase and licked the door 🚪 of the staircase without knowing that his back flat neighbor has not returned. He went into his apartment and slept off.
However, when our neighbor who stays up stairs with him cane back, he was not able to open the staircase door 🚪 because the drunken neighbor has bolted the door instead just the key 🔑. It was tug of war my people. Everyone one in the compound came out after our neighbor was not able to enter. We started calling our drunken neighbor for hours who could not respond. Its was like a movie 🎥. Some went through the front calling him, others went by the conner side wall calling him. This man wad not responding.
We become even afraid after a while asking ourselves what is going on. How can it be just because someone is drunk that he can not hear all the banging. Haha 😆. We then decided to look for ladder 🪜 to climb into his balcony that has a front door 🚪. And once one of neighbors entered the balcony, he started heating the door as if heaven wants to fall. My dear people, that is when this man woke up from where ever he went to. Haha 😆. He managed to come down the stair case to open the stair case door 🚪. He saw everyone staring at him with abuses of all kind. He could not believe himself still showing drunkenness.
In conclusion, that did not stop my neighbor up stairs from getting drunk . In fact, I became very irritated of him after some time because I thought 💭 that with that big incident that brought disgrace he would have had some self reflection on what he is doing to himself. Although we know sometimes alcoholism is caused by either depression, hereditary or just love ❤️ for drinking, I did not see where to place his habit of getting drunk most times. I have seen many who also falls into his category and refuses to take advice of change. Not that alcohol is bad, but excessive consumption of alcohol is a huge addiction.
