Hi all Hive friends, how are you all, hopefully healthy always and continue to be able to share our best work and talents here, On this happy occasion I will share and discuss about Basic Security Keys On Hive and the functions of these keys, which are these keys are given after we register ourselves on the Hive Platform, which are provided in the form of a PDF file.
1) How much do you know about Hive security locks?
Well,, these keys are secret account security that should not be published to anyone, let alone close friends , and only ourselves can know about these keys and the key given to manage the #Hive platform has 4 keys and each key has its own function, namely:
•Master key
•Posting key
•Active key
•Memo key
2) Do you have enough idea about the importance of these keys?
Yes, this is a very big risk if the keys are lost (stolen), especially the MASTER KEY, because there are valuable items contained in our account, such as HIVE - HIVE DOLLAR AND HIVE POWER, this is very valuable, so we must take care of it as best we can. The good thing is, so that our assets can be maintained always in our control, of course.
3)Do you know how to find the Hive security key?
Alhamdulillah, yes I know and I have taken all the keys in the form of a pdf file and I have stored them very safely too.
4) What is the function/permission of each button and explain?
1)Master key
•The Master Key is the key used to log in for the first time to the #hive platform and besides this the master key can also change other keys and restore our account, so if this Master key is lost then our #hive account will also be lost, especially if this Master Key is lost. known to be known by others, and we must store this key safely, if the Master Key is known by people, then someone can automatically manage the activity on our blog and of course we will lose big as the account owner.
2)Posting key
•The post key serves to publish (create) posts, reblog and comment on other people's posts and upvote - downvote (can also be given rewards or support for fellow platform users).
3)Active key
•Active key is a very sensitive key, because using this key we can give gifts to our friends by sending #HIVE and #HBD coins stored in the wallet and exchanging between HBD and #HIVE and vice versa and used for money-related actions in the wallet. Hive Platforms.
4)Memo key
•The Memo Key is the key to encrypt the messages we send to the blockchain on the platform and is used to decrypt the private transfer memo.
5)What actions have you taken to keep your keys safe?
I myself have made sure to keep the keys safe, and I keep them in places like Email/Gmail and some other electronic places too.
