Tiger Caterpillar: Danaus Chrysippus!

Tiger Caterpillar: Danaus Chrysippus!

Hello Beauty of Creativity Community Friends!

This time I want to share about one of the beautiful insect species, namely the Danaus Chrysippus caterpillar or better known as the tiger caterpillar. On Wikipedia it is stated that this species of Danaus Chrysippus belongs to the Danainae family of the Nymphalidae butterfly family.

I photographed this Tiger Caterpillar or Danaus Chrysippus in a plantation near the highway or rather in low bushes on the side of the road.

A bit of chronology: at first I wanted to photograph a small butterfly flying in the grass. However, because the butterfly is so agile that it flies here and there, it doesn't want to stop for long, so I looked for another object suitable for photography.

At the end of the search, I found a beautiful caterpillar that was eating young leaves but it was a bit difficult to take macro photos because it was a bit far from where I was standing. Finally I disturbed him who was busy eating green leaves with small branches so that it was easier for me to take pictures.

If someone asks, am I afraid of this tiger caterpillar? I said no!
But if it's the tiger, I'm afraid. :)

These are some other photos even though the object is the same but I tried to take pictures from a different angle about the beautiful and adorable tiger caterpillar. Although I am amused to hold it in person but I love to take pictures of it and share it with all my friends.

Always happy to share about nature around me and the things that are closest to me in the hope of giving something beautiful to all of my friends.

Stay grateful for the blessings of life today, whatever the shape and color.
