Mango Delights | Creative-Sunday


Hello everyone. I hope you are all well. You remember last Sunday I made a recipe for Mutton Liver which you guys liked a lot. I am glad to see my post in Creative-Sunday highlighted contents. Today I decided to make a sweet dish. When I researched different types of sweet dishes on YouTube, I decided to make Mango Delights. It's mango season, this is the perfect sweet dish for this season. Mangoes are my favorite anyway. I hope you will like this sweet dish made by me

Ingredients

  • Two Mangoes πŸ₯­
  • Sugar = 100 gm
  • MilkπŸ₯› = 100gm
  • Sweet Cream = 200 ml
  • Bread 🍞 = 4 Slice

Process

I was very excited to make this sweet dish. I wanted to design this sweet dish the same way I saw it on YouTube. First I took two mangoes and peeled them after washing them well. Then I cut these two mangoes into separate bowls. Whenever I eat mango πŸ₯­ I eat it cold because I like to eat cold mango πŸ˜‹

This is the first time I have made a sweet dish with sweet cream, so I first taste the sweet cream to see that it is really sweet. Then I put one chopped mango in the grinder machine and prepared a paste by adding 100 grams of sugar, 100 ml of milk and 200 ml of sweet cream

Now I took four slices of bread and cut them in such a way that one slice has four pieces. Then I put some pieces of bread inside a pot and put mango paste on it. Then again I put some bread pieces on it and then again I put a layer of mango paste. Similarly I put two to three layers and then finally I added a chopped mango on top of it

You can also add some other fruits like banana or strawberry in it. Now I put it in the freezer so that it cools down and the flavor develops even more. I always taste my mom first every time I make a sweet dish and recipe. However, when I tasted Sweet Dish to my mother, she gave me very good response. I was very happy and encouraged to hear my praise. I hope you will also like this sweet dish of mine
