Adequate rest is essential in life and understanding that fact about life is the best to way to ensure healthy living, rest helps the body physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, our body responds directly to the way we treat it and that means in every action there is equal and opposite reaction as propounded by newton in his third law of motion..
This means that if we should overwork our body and still deprive it of rest, then we are bound to have nervous breakdown along the way and also if we give our body adequate rest when it needs it, then our body system will respond actively to work whenever it is needed at all times thanks to the adequate and maximum rest it has had prior to that time...
There is need for adequate rest especially when it comes to the well being of oneself, I didn't understand this beautiful fact until I was forced to take adequate rest after a brief sickness hit me about two weeks ago and I was forced to go on a leave of absence for good one week...
What happened and how it happened was the question I asked myself when I became sick, I couldn't tell any of my friends both off the blockchain and on the blockchain because they all told me to go slow...
I was adamant and strong headed until sickness set in and I was forced to take one week leave off every of my activities on the blockchain and off the chain to focus more on my health and to have adequate rest...
The main reason I had this nervous breakdown was because I took every of my hive activities too serious and that to the extreme level that it ended up having an effect on my health, I was chasing a lot of things every week and that made me neglect my health in the course of achieving all...

As I have said in the above paragraphs that being sick about two weeks ago made me take a sick leave and thus I couldn't do anything called engagement on the blockchain for a week, I was absent in all hangout for a good one week and that was because I needed enough rest because I was slowly starting to shutdown and before total breakdown I needed to take some time off to recuperate and that was what lead to my one week leave...
Alongside me my driving force was also absent, she was very occupied offline and that made her engagement level a little bit weak which had an effect on her position as the number 1 on the hive engagement league for some weeks and I think now she is fully back to take over and thus make everything on the blockchain fun for everyone...

Well well well my one week leave ended last two weeks Sunday and I resumed my daily activities as usual but this time with a plan and a time table...
