Indulging in flavors- EasyPotato and Bell pepper Fry!!

Today I am sharing a recipe of potato and Capsicum stir fry.
Thrice in a month this stiry fry I used to make in my lunch.
This is simple dish yet lip smacking recipe. The flavour of potato with capsicum is delicious. Spices and herbs will enhance the taste more. This is dry curry so we can pack this for lunch box too . It goes well with Plain Chapati or Paranthas.


INGREDIENTS

✅boiled potato-2 cup
✅Capsicum-2cup
✅oil-3 tbspn
✅cumin seeds-½tspn
✅Turmeric powder-½tson
✅redchili powder-½tspn
✅Salt-according to the taste
✅garam masala-½tspn
✅ginger-grated ½ inch
✅green chilli-2
✅kasuri Meethi- ½tbspn
✅lemon juice-½tspn


Method

1.cut all the bellpppers.

2.chop ginger and green chilies

3.heat mustard oil in a pan.

4.we need spices.

5.now add cumin seeds.

6.add green chilies and ginger. Then add bell peppers.

7.saute it for 5 min.

8.then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

9.now chop the boiled potatoes.

10.now add the boiled chopped potatoes.

11.mix all well and cook for 2 mins.

12.add some kasuri Meethi, lemon juice and coriander leaves for garnish.

Its ready to serve with Hot Chapatis.

It is super easy and delicious dish to have any time.
