Mango, Candy, Banana & Cream Delight!

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

Sunday is a sweet day and we usually make sweet dishes on this day, today we used seasoned fruit mango and banana to make this cook looking yummy sweet dish, it's easy to make and you need only 4 ingredients. I can bet anyone at home can make this easily.


Ingredients


  • 6 Half-roll Candy biscuits.
  • 3 Mangoes
  • 2 Bananas
  • 500 ML Cream
  • Suger 2 TableSpoon

Cooking Procedure


First of all, We need to peel off mangoes and cut them in square shape as shown in the image below.

the 2nd step is to remove the candy biscuit covering and put them in the chopper, Chop them until they become powder.

Peel off bananas and put them in the bowl containing powdered candy biscuits.

Mash the banana with your hands or with the Masher, make a paste as shown in the picture, keep it aside to be used later.

Now it's cream time, you will need two cream packets.

Pull out creams in the bowl and use the beater to beat the cream properly.

We didn't have the Wip Cream at home, so we used Nestle & milk pack cream, Wip Cream will be preferred if available.

Now Take the cutting board and clean it properly, Here we will use the thin Plastic sheet to make it lower and upper cover. spread the candy, and banana paste we make earlier as shown in the picture.

now remove the upper plastic sheet cover and layered it with cream.

sprinkle the mango pieces as shown in the picture.

The final step is to roll our sweetest delight.

When rolled properly, put it in the Freezer for some time.

Have it after it gets frozen a bit. I am sure you will enjoy eating it.
