🍧🍧HOW TO MAKE USE OF MONSTERS EFFECTIVELY WHILE BACK TO BASIC RULE IS GIVEN IN BATTLES👨‍🚒👨‍🚒👨‍🚒

Happy new month to you all splinterlands lovers across the world. Hope you are having fun playing the game.
This week's battle mage secret is back to basic- all monsters lose all their abilities. No matter the ability of a monster in this rule, it doesn’t work. The only thing that works here is the speed. The higher the speed, the faster the monsters.
📓NOTE: the summoners effect is still active in this rule; that is the reason you see opponent obsidian given +1 additional magic attack to all magic monsters in this battle I am sharing here.

YODIN SAKU: I was paired against a player with Yodin Saku’s summoner in the previous season. The player used Yodin Saku while I used General Sloan due to additional +1 range attack to all friendly monsters.
I was defeated by a player with level 1 Yodin Saku due to the blast ability given to all friendly monsters.
Therefore, there are many summoners that their effect is still active in this battle rule.

✅✅HOW TO MAKE USE OF MONSTERS EFFECTIVELY WHILE BACK TO BASIC RULE IS GIVEN IN BATTLES✅✅
Making use of monsters when back to basic rule is given in battles depends on the rule attached to it. Like the battle I am sharing here, 'super sneak' and holy protection rules are attached to it; which simply means that the 'super sneak' rule allowed the use of melee monsters in this battle. Hence, melee monsters would be very effective in this battle.
Holy protection simply means the first attack will not affect the health and armor of the targeted monsters.
Hence, all monsters were very effective in this battle because of the 'super sneak' rule.

If only back to basic rule is given: Melee monsters can only be effective in the first position; no matter what ability the melee monsters may possess, it can only attack in the first position. Hence, I used melee monsters as the first and second when only back to basic rule is give. The reason I used two melee monsters was when the first monster was eliminated, the second monster was able to attack in the first position.
Then, I used monsters with high range attack; and what i did was to use General Sloan.

In a situation when the magic monsters are available in this rule; I preferred to use magic monsters because they attack in any position and they attack the health of a monster directly; expect exceptional cases when summoners have special ability like void armor.
The situation is not always the same, there are times I was given melee and ranged monster when back to basic rule was given; in this situation, I don’t have any choice than to use the monsters available for me.
There were also times I was given only melee monsters to play back to basic rule; I don’t have a choice than to use melee monsters with high number of health, armor and melee since only the first monster attacked.
Using melee monster with such stats mentioned above was able to earned me victory in some of the battles.

Your summoners are very important: The power of your summoner can give you victory since the rule only applied to monsters. Using legendary summoners could give you high chances of winning the battle🍧🍧.
for me, I love to used summoners that give +1 additional magic attack if magic attack is available for selection.

✅✅RULESETS✅✅

Back To Basics: Monsters lose all abilities.

Super Sneak: All melee attack monsters have the sneak ability.

Holy Protection: All monsters have the divine shield ability.

✅✅MONSTERS ARRANGEMNET✅✅

GRUND: ⭐This monster could not attack twice because back to basic rule had nullified the double strike ability. Grund was helpful because of its health and melee. Grund was eliminated at the beginning of the second round.
Grund's health made it to stay longer in this battle.
If you watched this battle, you would realize that my opponent used unicorn mustang which possessed void ability; but back to basic made it ineffective in this battle. If the void ability was effective, my Mycelic Slipsawn wouldn’t have had opportunity to damage 2 health from Unicorn mustang.

FLESH GOLEM: ⭐⭐⭐⭐The monster’s health was also good. I used 6 mana to get flesh golem with 10 health, 3 melee attacks and 3 speed.
That was incredible to hear!😀😀😀
When Flesh Golem was eliminated in round three, I was left with three monsters while my opponent was left with 4 monsters.

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN: ⭐⭐Since all monsters lose abilities, my goal was to use monsters with high number of health; mycelic slipspawn was one of the monsters with high amount of health.
It led the battle in round three and got eliminated in round 5.
Mycelic slipspawn is the monster with the highest health in my lineup, this was the reason the monster could hold opponent’s monsters from round 3 to round 5 of the battle.

HARVESTER: I knew whenever I used melee monsters in this batter, such melee monsters would surely be effective due to super sneak rule.
The presence of harvester was perfect in this battle; I was just looking for monsters with small mana and long life. Harvester was one of them; with just five mana, I picked harvester.
Harvester was not eliminated in this battle due to its high number of health.

PELACOR MERCENARY:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pelacor’s melee was very important in this battle.

FURIOUS CHICKEN:⭐⭐⭐ There was no mana left in this battle and I was left with one pot to fill. Therefore, I selected furious chicken instead of living the space empty and the monster helped me in this battle by delaying from behind.

In conclusion, whenever you are given back to 'basic rule', check very well and use the monsters that are accordance with the rule. That is the only way victory is sure.
