Wise selection is one of the advantages of wand out rule. Wise selection in terms of monsters and summoners to use when such a rule is given. These are the monsters and summoners I love to use when wand out is given:

  • Silence monsters: what does a silence monster do?
Since we are aware that only Magic Monsters are available for selection when wand out rule is given; a silence monster such Mushroom Seer is one of the best monsters to use due to silence ability. Where this monster is used, it reduces the magic attacks of all opponent monsters. Just like the battle I played, without 'silence monster', I would have been defeated. This is because the opponent selected a summoner that gives additional magic attacks to all friendly monsters.

  • Summoners that give additional magic to friendly monsters: such as Alric Stormbringer, Valnamor and Obsidian, they are good examples of summoners that give additional magic to friendly monsters. These types of summoners give opportunity to a player for victory.
There are several wands out battles I have won as a result of using summoner that gives additional magic attacks to all friendly monsters.
Some players are also using summoners that reduce magic attacks of opponents such as Bortus. When a player combines the Bortus summoner and silence monster, it is very clear that the magic attack of the other players will be greatly reduced.

  • Immortalis summoner: this summoner has a unique ability that makes it good to use when the 'wands out' rule is given. The void ability of this summoner reduces the damage done by magic monsters. Combination of immortalis summoner and a monster with void ability are good to use.

  • Monsters with magic reflection: A monster like Prismatic Energy is a good example of a monster with magic reflection.
I am sure if a player has a Prismatic Energy, It will be available for selection when the wands out rule is given because it is a magic monster.
It is very suitable to use when Prismatic Energy have void ability; the void ability will reduce the magic attack while the magic reflection will attack the attacker back.

✅✅Ruleset✅✅

Are You Not Entertain?: One additional gladiator card may be used in battles.
This is an opportunity for players to use one additional gladiator card in this battle; and in most cases when a summoner that allows the use of a gladiator card is available, I love to use that type of summoner. Using such a summoner gives me the opportunity to use two gladiator cards.

Wands Out: Only monsters with magic attack may be used in battles.
Wands out rule is crystal clear; only magic monsters are allowed in this type of battle. This rule does not allow the use of any other monsters except magic monsters.

Explosive Weaponry: All monsters have the blast ability.

Mana Cap: 41

✅✅Monsters Arrangement✅✅
Mycelic Slipspawn

Splinter: Earth
Level: 2⭐⭐
Ability: Taunt
Speed: 2
Health: 12
Attack: Magic
Mana: 9
First position is the best position for Mycelic Slipspawn. Placing this monster in any other position may cause more harm to adjacent monsters. Just like my opponent used his own Mycelic Slipspawn, he used this monster as the last monster; this caused adjacent monster destruction.
Hence, using Mycelic Slipspawn as the last position caused Spirit Hoarder to die.
Before Mycelic Slipspawn was eliminated, three opponent's monsters were eliminated.

Quora Towershead

Splinter: Earth
Level: 1⭐
Ability: Heal and Bloodlust
Speed: 3
Health: 12
Attack: Melee and Magic
Mana: 10
Quora Towershead is good in the second position due to its healing ability. Its healing ability did an incredible job by recovering a certain number of health when affected by explosive weaponry. This was the reason it was difficult to be eliminated in this battle.
The bloodlust ability increased all the stats of Quora Towershead when it killed Mycelic Slipspawn.

Regal Peryton

Splinter: Earth
Level: 3⭐⭐⭐
Ability: Flying
Speed: 6
Health: 6
Attack: Magic
Mana: 5
The only thing that made me choose Regal Peryton was the speed. Regal Peryton was the first monster to attack; and this happened because of its high speed.
It is very important to get high speed monsters in this kind of battle. The moment I saw explosive weaponry among the rules, I knew I needed high speed monsters in this battle.
Well! If I had the opportunity to use a monster with swiftness, I would have used it so that the speed of all my monsters could increase by +1.

Mushroom Seer

Splinter: Earth
Level: 2⭐⭐
Ability: Silence
Speed: 2
Health: 4
Attack: Magic
Mana: 5
Without Mushroom Seer, it wouldn't have been easy for me. My opponent's monsters would have attacked me with a high number of magic attacks. It was the silence ability of Mushroom Seer that reduced the magic attack of the opponent's monsters. That was the reason I placed it in the fourth position to avoid any monster from attacking it.

Wood Nymph

Splinter: Earth
Level: 4⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ability: Tank heal
Speed: 3
Health: 4
Attack: Magic
Mana: 4
Mycelic Slipspawn would have been eliminated if not Wood Nymph that kept increasing its health.
Toward the end of round two, Mycelic Slipspawn would have been eliminated but the presence of Wood Nymph made it possible for the monster to reach round three before it was finally eliminated.

Doctor Blight

Splinter: Neutral
Level: 2⭐⭐
Ability: Camouflage, Poison and Affliction
Speed: 1
Health: 5
Attack: Magic
Mana: 4
I thought my opponent would use tank heal like me: that was the reason I used Doctor Blight to afflict and Poison such a monster.
Therefore, my opponent did; he used tank heal and a monster with healing ability; doctor Blight was the monster that stopped both monsters from healing and Goblin Psychic from restoring the health of Quora Towershead.

In conclusion, it is good to use monsters in the right position, I believe if my opponent used Mushroom Seer and placed his Mycelic Slipspawn in the first position and Quora Towershead in the second position. He would have won because the summoner he used would have given him an edge over me. Mushroom Seer would have reduced all my magic attacks to 1. This would have given him the opportunity to win the battle.
