Have you ever heard the saying that all fingers are not equal, the same can be said about basic measures that quantify humans, from our capabilities, wealth, tolerance, etc In the world we live in today, we are constantly in a daily struggle to grow above our current stage, especially in our financial lives,
then the question comes that should there be a limit to what every individual can earn, should equality now be connected to our wealth limit? The mere thought about this, we know that it's impossible, look around you today and you will notice that we are in a world constantly trying to create a balance, if everyone earned the same how then would there be balance, we survive by give and take, it's what keeps us motivated.
Some might argue that some are luckily born into wealth and don't have to struggle too much to live a life of luxury, while some others went through different hurdles and hardships before they finally arrived at the wealth they have today, unfortunately, some others still toil even more than all, and still struggle till tomorrow, the world is unfair, that's right, but equality in wealth limit won't bring solution to the world, as everyone would want to be a boss of their own and not be motivated to aim higher, creativity would be limited and our full potentials wouldn't be explored.
Most of the wealthy families you see today must have had one ancestor who sacrificed to create that pathway of wealth for his generation, it wasn't on a platter of gold, so rather than focus on capping the wealth limit of everyone, the wealthy in the society should be rather open to more giving yo the less privilege and not by giving what they can consume only to start again at square one, but should rather give what can be invested, and multiplied to help them climb the lather as well, this doesn't involve money only but motivational speeches, business ideas and experience that helped them reach the level they are today, that way the fighting spirit of keeps on burning.
I attend a local church where our pastor is among the lucky individuals to become successful in his line of business but rather than stay on top and only give his members food all the time, for those that ask, recently he launched an empowerment program which I was so proud of him for, before the announcement of the program, he took his time to share basic knowledge from his success story, the trials, the sacrifice and the spirit of never giving up, knowledge and motivation was bestored on the congregation before the financial empowerment particularly for the purpose of growing every business owner in the church. If every wealthy man out there followed same step and the not so wealthy men also heed to the advice of not giving up and keep aiming, only then we would keep having a balance in the aspect of wealth creation and asset.
