Two things you can hardly separate.

Before I go into my main article, I would like to inform you all that there is an hiver who needs your support @nelson-george . While trying to help his sister, he got shot. You can read about it HERE and send a supporting hand to him. Thank you.

Has it ever occurred to you? a particular time when you want to read, no matter how hard you try you would fall asleep?

This happened to me today. I'm a good reader and you can ask my friends from @hivebookclub about it. I love to read which made today so surprising for me. Normally when I get a book no matter what kind of book it is I would read it for at least 2 hours before I get tired of reading. I can read beyond that time, but recently, I've been finding it hard to read.

I woke up this morning intending to complete chapter 4 of the novel I was reading but to my surprise, I had hardly gone through a page and I was feeling sleepy. Why? what's wrong? Though I slept early and I haven't read any book in days. I've been so stressed lately that I had a mental breakdown, so to get away from the stress I had to change the environment.

I will be going for an examination soon and my job isn't that stressful. The examination timetables were out and I had to study. But why do find it hard to study? Is something wrong with me? What can one do to separate sleeping from reading?
