I salute you all and specially welcome you to my blog this moment. I hope that weekend has been pleasant just the way I'm experiencing over here.
I couldn't participate in the second edition simply because I wasn't around Network area but thanks be to God for granting me opportunity to write again at this moment. Week 36 Edition 3 comes with another powerful life touching word.
My profound gratitude goes to everyone that is engaged in this exercise and to all other participate.

What is boredom?
Boredom is natural and part of the make up in which human beings respond to situations.
Boredom is a feeling of being not satisfied with an event or thing.
Boredom is a situation where an individual has no derived satisfaction over a particular thing.
Boredom is an expression of not being interested in a particular thing.
Boredom is expressed by both young and old.
I will like to say boredom is a way of life. Every one would have been bored in one way or the other in the course of life.
All situations might not always be favourable and ok to everyone as humans, therefore moments for complaint and lost of interest bound to occur.
Causes of Boredom.
I have come to realised that there are so many factors that causes boredom. I will like to share some which includes;
- LACK OF GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT.
I think this factor affects most people. Time management is essential for achieving anything on earth. When time is not properly managed, it can easily create a loophole when not filled becomes a boring situation. Most people don't know how to use their time effectively. When there is no scale of preference definitely some vacuum would be created that will result to making someone so bored.
- LACK OF PROPER REST.
Rest is very important to every living thing. Rest helps an individual to relax the nerves and other body system to be revitalised. When there is no adequate rest, an individual will be so tired and that can be translated into anger which will make one to be lonely consequently you become bored.
- INADEQUATE NUTRITION.
When there is no proper nutrition, the body becomes weak and exposed to some dangers of sickness which can easily keep one in a boredom condition. Therefore eat good food in order not for your body to breakdown.
- LACK OF EXERCISE AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
What keeps the body fit is exercise. Not all the time you should be busy in the office and other activities. It's expedient that once in a while you go out and stroll with friends to ease out tension.
Life can be so bored when you always stay alone, and not engaging your self in exercise and some recreational activities.
- LACK OF LOVE.
When there is no show of love one tend to feel unsecured. Life can have no interest to someone.
There was a time in my life where I felt so bored and as if no one I could talk to. I was so sick and needed more people around to feel loved. I was so bored for being in the hospital because I never knew I could be rushed to the hospital for a particular health condition like that. I began to loose interests in so many things because of the sickness.
Later, God healed me and I was discharged from the hospital. I began my normal life again.
How to overcome boredom.
- Always associate with good friends.
- Eat good food.
- Go for recreation.
- Have quality time to rest.
- Show love to see everyone.
- Read books
- Engage your mind to productive activities.
- Listen to good music.
- Take a stroll
