Healthy Diet is Healthy living: I go for natural Food

Greetings to all my readers, its an awesome opportunity to be again, after my few days of break, i had to go on a retreat so as to re-strategize for the demands that is ahead of me, The work load and the amazing engagements that are piling on my deck.

I will be sharing on the hive learners week-19e1, what i like about Natural Food and also why i prefer natural food to processed food.

natural Food:

Natural food, are food that has or is undergoing a very little or minimal processes, with basic natural ingredients, that are sourced naturally, it is likely to contain very little or no artificial preservation before it is being consumed.

Processed Food:

Processed food are food that are being prepared in the food lab, before consumption with the intention to keep it from spoiling and possibly increasing the lifespan of the food, make the food readily available and easy and also to make more money for the company.

The use of processed food, so far has introduced us to the use of chemical or artificial ingredients and preservations (Food processing companies as much as i know, do depend on artificial sugars, dyes, preservatives, bad fats, saturated fats, and other harmful dietary chemicals) to keep it from getting spoiled and also attempting to make it delicious.

Like i said already, the food manufacturer interest in profit and money making is actually one among the driving force, for processed food, this harmful dietary chemicals is what people are consuming on a daily base, You can imagine the health risk, we are being exposed to.

  • The examples of processed foods, that i know, and that can be available within other locations will include processed meats, chips, cake, candy, bread, sodas, savory snacks, such as crisps, frozen dinners, convenience foods, such as microwaved meals. You will find them canned, cooked, packaged, soaked or frozen.

My Love for natural food:

Natural food for me is the best for a healthy consumption, daily consumption of natural food is healthiest and best or most nutrition decision anybody will make in life

  • The consumption of natural food such as vegetables, fruits, meats, grains, non-homogenized products, has given us so much health benefits so rich in nutrient with very little additives compared to the processed food.
  • The Natural food we consumes is so blessed with high content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, water, fiber, fatty acids, and many more, it is far not to be compared with the risk of taking the processed food.
  • Natural foods are higly medicinal its help regulate blood sugar levels, reduce cholesterol, lower the risks of cardiovascular disease, prevent diabetes, enhance weight loss, and help balance the physical and mental shape of once life.

In my conclusion, i want to say that, good nutrition is very much more than just losing weight. It’s give you more or enough energy and makes you feel healthy.

Many persons are Focusing on eating balanced meals that is rich in fruits and vegetable instead of giving attention to dieting, this can be more sustainable and an enjoyable way to live. Take off your mind from having weight loss but be the focus, let weight loss come as a natural side effect of a nutrient-dense diet from the natural food consumption.
