Good day guys, our meeting was held on Sunday, which has passed,, the meeting was conducted by our team leader, and I learnt a lot of things through the things he said and also the experience he shared, and I know the will help me very much here on hive. I also want yo thanks our team leaders for their efforts in making us understand and learn how to manage our hive keys in order not to let it go into the wrong hands. Let's move to the questions.
No 1.
If your partner for the week from newbies-hive mistakenly drop their active key in a discord channel, highlight the various steps you'll indulge in to keep such account assets safe from potential theft.
I would first of all ask him or her, how long he or she has dropped the key in the discord channel or server, cause if it has been long, it might have been tampered with. I will then advice him or her to delete the keys from where he dropped it, to make sure someone doesn't use it again, I would also tell him or her to be careful of where him or she uses the keys. I would then advice him or her to go and quickly change the password in order to prevent anyone from using it, so that he can keep his account safe.
In order to do that, he would have to use his private owner keys to reset reclaim, then you will now use your master key to get another key, but before then, he or she would first of all do this.
Enter any browser of your choice like chrome, then browse hive.blog, and click on the the result. Then login with your username and posting key. Then you will log in to hive wallet, just like this screenshot below.
After logging in, you go to the change password and click on it,
then you change it.

No 2.
What advice would you give to your friend in regard to safe keeping his or her key.
There is different way to keep your keys safe, which google drive is among, but @depressedfuckup said it was also dangerous to keep it there, but it is preferable to write it down and keep it somewhere safe and secret, like WPS office and some others. But be careful the way you put it on the internet.

Assuming your partner does not understand the use of each keys, how do you explain this to him/her in the simplest way.
If my partner, who is @creativepearl, does not know they use of the keys, the simplest way for me to explain it is like this:

Posting Key.
Used to log in to apps such as hive.blog and perform social actions such as posting, commenting, and voting. After that we have,
Memo Key.
Used to decrypt private transfer memos.
Active Key.
Used for monetary and wallet related actions, such as transferring tokens or powering HIVE up and down.
Owner Key.
This key is used to reset all your other keys. It is recommended to keep it offline at all times.
Master Password.
The seed password used to generate another key. Do not share this key, keep it always safe.
