• Diferencia entre las fichas (inglés: tokens) de propina y las fichas de minería
"Tokens de propina" significa compartir o regalar tokens a otro usuario. "Tokens mineros" significa generar nuevos tokens para uno mismo o para otros. La diferencia es, a mi entender, que los tokens que regalo se descuentan de mi dinero, mientras que el minar tokens es solicitar una cantidad determinada de ese token de la piscina de recompensas que se llena diariamente, para una determinada persona o para mí (no me descuenta de mi dinero). Eso es lo que me permitió entender la traducción.
• Diferencia entre las etiquetas y los tokens
Son muy diferentes, dado que las etiquetas, como hemos visto, son para clasificar y encontrar más rápido el contenido, mientras que un token es una unidad de valor, contenido dentro de una blockchain, sin llegar a ser una criptomoneda, pero aún así intercambiable por otras monedas, como el dólar.
• Tipos de etiquetas
Según el material dado, se pueden clasificar en 4 tipos:
▪️ Etiquetas de comunidad
Cuando vamos a publicar desde la front-end de Ecency (y en otras front-ends) y seleccionamos la comunidad donde vamos a publicar, aparece automáticamente una etiqueta que se ve como una serie de números. Esa es la etiqueta de una comunidad. De hecho, es el nombre real de la comunidad.
▪️ Etiquetas de la tribu
Son las etiquetas que utilizamos para obtener tokens. Las tribus, diría yo, son como los diferentes proyectos que representan o son el origen de ciertos tokens. Algunos de ellos tienen su propia front-end.
Las etiquetas de tribu son usadas para tener la posibilidad de recibir una pequeña cantidad de esos tokens que estamos etiquetando. Por ejemplo, la etiqueta #neoxian te da la posibilidad de obtener en tu publicación, además del HP y HPD, una recompensa en NEOXAG, un token. No siempre el nombre del token que deseas es exactamente igual al que vas a poner en la etiqueta... Así que investiga bien.
Por cierto, lo recomendado es pongas este tipo de etiquetas desde la etiqueta número 5 en adelante, porque las primeras 5 son para clasificar el contenido (mira el siguiente).
▪️ Etiquetas relevantes
Son aquellas que clasifican tu contenido. Por ejemplo, supongamos que un curador está buscando publicaciones en español para votarlas... Esa persona podrá encontrarlas fácilmente filtrando las publicaciones con la etiqueta #spanish. Y si mi publicación tiene una versión en español, y olvidé ponerle la etiqueta... Se minimizan las posibilidades de ser encontrado. Eso sucede con el resto de etiquetas: #hive, #nature #writing... Y muchas otras.
▪️ Etiquetas populares/de tendencia
Son etiquetas que, como en cualquier red social, se vuelven populares y comunes por un período de tiempo limitado. Podemos anclarnos a ellas, si están asociadas a nuestra publicación, para tener mayor visibilidad.
• Primera tribu comunitaria que seleccioné
Seleccioné la de el token y comunidad Proof Of Brain. A continuación está el enlace:
Honestamente, me pareció linda y sencilla la interfaz, los colores serían los que yo elegiría para el diseño de un sitio web de blogs. Se ve sencillo y elegante.
Sin confusiones, los botones están ubicados en lugares parecidos a cómo está en el resto de las interfaces, y de por sí, es intuitivo. Al igual que el resto de las funciones, como el nombre de usuario, la reputación, el titulo, y la descripción de la publicación, los votos a favor y en contra y los comentarios. Lo mismo se puede decir de los botones a la hora de hacer un post. - Difference between tipping tokens and mining tokens.
"Tipping tokens" means sharing or gifting tokens to another user. "Mining tokens" means generating new tokens for oneself or others. The difference is, to my understanding, that the tokens I give away are deducted from my money, whereas mining tokens is requesting a certain amount of that token from the bounty pool that is filled daily, for a certain person or for me (it doesn't deduct from my money). That's what allowed me to understand the translation.
- Difference between tags and tokens.
They are very different, since tags, as we have seen, are for sorting and finding content faster, while a token is a unit of value, contained within a blockchain, without becoming a cryptocurrency, but still exchangeable for other currencies, such as the dollar.
- Types of tokens.
Depending on the given material, they can be classified into 4 types:
▪️ Community tags.
When we go to publish from the Ecency front-end (and in other front-ends) and select the community where we are going to publish, a tag that looks like a series of numbers automatically appears. That is the label of a community. In fact, it is the actual name of the community.
▪️ Tribe tags
These are the tags that we use to obtain tokens. Tribes, I would say, are like different projects that represent or are the origin of certain tokens. Some of them have their own front-end.
Tribe tags are used to have the possibility to receive a small amount of those tokens that we are tagging. For example, the #neoxian tag gives you the possibility to get in your post, in addition to HP and HPD, a reward in NEOXAG, a token. Not always the name of the token you want is exactly the same as the one you're going to put in the tag.... So do your research.
By the way, it is recommended to put this type of tags from tag number 5 onwards, because the first 5 tags are to classify the content (see next).
▪️ Relevant tags
These are the tags that classify your content. For example, let's say a curator is looking for publications in Spanish to vote them... That person will be able to find them easily by filtering posts with the #spanish tag. And if my post has a Spanish version, and I forgot to tag it? It minimizes the chances of being found. The same happens with the rest of the tags: #hive, #nature #writing... And many others.
▪️ Popular/trending tags
These are tags that, as in any social network, become popular and common for a limited period of time. We can anchor to them, if they are associated with our publication, to have greater visibility.

Honestly, I found the interface nice and simple, the colors would be what I would choose for a blog website design. It looks simple and elegant.
Without confusion, the buttons are located in places similar to how it is in the rest of the interfaces, and in itself, it is intuitive. As are the rest of the functions, such as the username, reputation, title, and description of the post, upvotes and downvotes, and comments. The same can be said for the buttons when making a post.
