The first edition in the 15th week has just ended, and this time the contest will enter its 2nd edition in this 15th week, indeed in the 15th week there will be a lot of excitement to come from the contest titles held at Hive Learners, such as the title in this 2nd Edition which requires me to explain my opinion about the author or Blogger and how fun it is to be a Blogger. Of course titles like this are great to talk about, and as a Blogger at Hive, I'm really happy with this one.
So, let's see my discussion about this.
Writing is something that is fun for everyone, sometimes some people say that writing is tiring because you have to design and prepare materials for writing. However, if the person has trained himself to write, he will surely like it. Writing becomes fun because you can write something according to your mood and condition, and it's the same as writing your diary at home. Talking about diaries, in fact many of us have known this diary as a medium to express something, express feelings, and also as a form of our opinions and views on something. We may write it so that we can read it later, but this has the same mechanism and the same use, except that the media we used in the past were books and pens or pencils. But with today's sophistication, we can write whatever and whenever we want without having to worry about bringing our diaries, which we sometimes forget or leave behind when we carry them and that is certainly less efficient. Writing on social media as it is now can also be used to share information and of course we are also familiar with writing activities on social media, it can be said that Facebook is a very popular platform or application that has introduced us to this activity, and until now now there are many social media devoted to writing, and one example is Blogging which is the most popular means for someone to write. And Hive is one of those platforms that has the same functionality as Blogging and this mechanism is very easy and fun for those who love to write and also interact with other writers. The point is, to channel a writing hobby for someone today is very easy because there are many places to write in an increasingly advanced era like today.
In my opinion, writing is something as important as learning, because by writing at least we will use our minds to think and design our writing. Writing also requires high concentration so that the information we want to convey is not ambiguous and clear when read by others. Writing is also an activity that is often combined with other important activities such as studying. If, you still remember when you first entered kindergarten, the first thing you were taught was writing, you should at least understand the letters and numbers that you will use when you write. And after you have memorized letters and numbers and can write them correctly, then the next lesson you will receive is to write a few words to describe an object, maybe the object is in the form of a picture and you describe it with your own thoughts and feelings, and this is it. that underlies humans sometimes like writing activities.
Writing is also a means of sharing information. Apart from listening and speaking, newspapers are a means used by writers to appreciate their writings and to criticize them, which millions of people will read later. Long ago, there were many people who were legally guilty of criticizing one of the figures or institutions with their writings which they published in the media such as newspapers and books, therefore writing activities were very popular among ancient people before there were videos and also development of communication tools as it is today. But that doesn't mean this writing activity just disappeared after social media and also developments in the field of telecommunications equipment as it is today, this development has actually created a new means or place for writers to make their writings and works more efficient without having to carry books and pencils, the many Blogging platforms allow them to better market their work, and this is an advantage for them.
For myself, writing is an activity that is fun and full of benefits for me and others. Writing was not originally my hobby, but because I often write and also design articles, writing has become fun for me and has now become one of my hobbies. I sometimes write without any preparation, everything just comes out of my mind and everything I write is based on experience and also from things that I have experienced before.
Writing can also be a means for me to express something and I will also be able to write to my heart's content, about my daily activities and much more, and for me writing this is likened to something very enjoyable because writing itself is a very simple and easy activity. can be done anytime and anywhere, like you talk to other people, only the medium is by writing and it's really fun. I also began to realize the various benefits of writing, such as broadening my horizons, being able to make my own works very well based on what I feel and of course this makes me better at processing words and learning the schema of the things I will write. and this is really a very good benefit for me.
