What I Consider as Mental Illness and My Relief to it.

In my research so far as a medical student, I discovered that I s more easy to treat our phisical health than our mental health, this is because most people focus on the body illness that is immediate to them but they don't realize the need for the upkeep of the organ responsible for mental fitness.

What I Consider as Mental Illness.

  • Being Depressed: something I consider as a serious mental illness because it causes a huge brain stress and also makes one feel less important, it has great effect on tye mental as it affects the organ responsible for mental fitness which is the brain and it also reduce the effective function of the brain due to low self esteem, it also cause constant sadness and sometimes it could even become serious when there is much thinking.

People can be depressed as.a result of many reasons, infact I've heard if some cases where naturally certain women becomes depressed after childbirth, some other people gets depressed because of how lowly esteemed they are in their environment, some people gets depressed because they can't meet up with the demands for the up keep of their loved ones, there are just many reasons why people get depressed.

  • When the organ responsible for mental fitness is over stressed, I also consider it as a mental illness. The organ responsible for mental fitness is tye BRAIN and the brain is like a computer that processes information and passes it to other part of the body for functioning via the central nervous system, base on my assimilation, the brain works at two states, at an excited state and a state were it is stressed up, so at the point were the brain is stressed up, if care is not taking it might lead to mental illness.

Most times people stress up their brains as a result of trying to work harder than you can maybe to meet up with the demands knocking at their door of which sometimes it leads to excessive calculation which is anchored by the brain, and as I said earlier tye brain works like a computer and it needs sometime to cool off.

Most times I get over stressed as a result of trying to cover a large work load within an insufficient time limit thereby leading to the brain over stress, most times we do not look at our mental limits before embarking such work experience.

How i get relief of mental illness.

First of all like I mentioned earlier, mental illness is an illness that affects the brain function and most times to get relief of it, we would need to engage in something that brings us joy and happiness, the reason is this: being joyful and happy have to do with our minds and in the case of mental illness what happens is that a message or signal will be sent to the brain and it would tend to reset and cool of the brain from stress, below are the things I do to get relief 👇👇.

  • Music: this is mostly what everyone loves and it has gone a long way in relieving me from stress, most times after the stress of the day, all I need to do is just to get under a cool shade and put on my headphones 🎧, it helps alot because while listening to the music, the brain's calculation is reduced and then it tend to cool off by the cool ventilation from the music.

  • This is another good way of getting relief,

it's not just a nap but a big time of rest, while we sleep our brains are less at work thereby reducing it's calculation.
There are so many other ways to get relief of mental illness, it just depends on what we love to do, some people would love playing video games and it would go far in bringing them relief, some other people would love watching movies and it would work for them.
