There are a few people around me who are quite satisfied with their body. Everyone does need a perfect body but to achieve that you have to do so much hard work and not all of us are ready to do that. We do see laborers around us who are having perfect bodies because they do hard work the whole day. But if you look over any employees who are working on a desk job then you will see the difference. I am sure you can relate to both scenarios. I have seen some fitness freaks around me who are really very conscious about their health. If they have decided they don't have to eat this or that then they don't. I have seen those who join the gym are more punctual than the normal guys. Do you have a fixed time to do things like eating and a particular time for exercise and other things also?

I used to be a very skinny kind of boy when I was at my school and the same me in my college days too. It doesn't but I don't eat food or I don't have sufficient food to eat. I used to eat a lot but my body can't I'm just not sure why but that was the case when I was in my college and my school days. But after I finished my college I was free for around 5 to 6 months. So most of the time I was at home my routine was simply to eat watch movies and sleep. If I did get some spare time I went with my friends for walks just working around the market freely even if even though I didn't have any work to do.

After my college finished most of my friends for gone from the city they were pursuing their higher education but I was doing nothing. 5 or 6 months later a few of my friends might be me and when they look at me they said tu toh Mota Ho Gaya re (you have become fat). Havells are happy to hear that word it was like some kind of magical word that I was waiting for my entire life. I was happy but I did feel that I was a bit lazier than earlier I used to be a very very active kind of person but when my body gain some weight I became lazy. And laziness is not a good thing at all.

To control my fat I start running in the morning and ID creased tomorrow eating habit and diet too. It took me of few months to get back in shape but I did that. Exactly a particular shape but I was a bit slimmer than earlier I used to be.

Is been more than 4 years, and I am working for a company near my town I am lucky that I did get a job here. How to the salary is not that much but it is enough for me for now. I do have a desk job and have to sit for 8 to 10 hours daily. Sometimes I did get very frustrated. Now I see that I am not a fatty type of person but I do have a tummy. I dude decrease the size but I am unable to control my eating habit. Now losing weight is my new goal. In my school days, I want to gain weight but now I want to lose it. I think it is okay if you ask any person and you don't understand it is okay everyone is unique you don't have to be ashamed of anything. Either you are a skinny person or a fatty person. There are people around you who love you. If you want to lose weight then you can join a gym or consult a doctor for that don't try to eat medicines that are also in the advertisements on television or anywhere. Not all things are legit, everyone just wants to make money not all the products are genuine at all. If you join a gym then it would be hard for you for a few weeks but later on, you will start enjoying that.

I used to go to the gym with my friends but something happened during the exercise so I have to quit my gym. I do regular exercises at my home daily whenever I do remember what I have to do 😛. So a few of my friends at the office are very fit I do advise how to be like them and they say go for a walk in the morning, avoid junk food, and avoid food that contains fat for at least a month and you will start seeing the change. I am following their instructions from the last few weeks let's see how fast it's gonna work for me.
