I am a Bangladeshi and today I will discuss with you about a big festival of my country. I am going to discuss this festival among you. It has been celebrated since ancient times and it is the biggest festival of Hindus in Bangladesh. People of other religions also participate in this festival and all of them have a lot of fun in this festival. This festival is held in every district of my country. However, this festival is celebrated more in India than in Bangladesh. However, in my country it is not celebrated in a small way and in my country this festival is celebrated in a big way. However, this festival is celebrated in Bangladesh a little smaller than in India.
Many Durga Puja are organized in each district and the cost of this arrangement is collected from the respective areas. Moreover, some government grants come to this festival. A committee is set up in the area and that committee collects money from the people of the area and with that money the festival is celebrated. The festival is celebrated for five days. In this festival, fairs are held in the vicinity of the temple and many kinds of antiques are found in the fair. A variety of delicacies food are available at the fair, and the food stalls are crowded. In this festival prasad is distributed among the people and that prasad is very tasty. Khichuri prasad is distributed among the people from most of the temples.
Large sound boxes are played at this festival and various types of lighting are arranged around the temple. Crowds of people can be seen at the temple since evening and everyone goes to see the puja at different temples with family and friends. This festival is celebrated every year and this festival is celebrated for five days. The festival ends five days later and is celebrated again the following year.
