This afternoon I want to show you some pictures of the results of my cooking this afternoon, which is stir-fried kale, the kale that I cook is still fresh because I just pulled it out where I sowed it in my garden, so it is very tasty and delicious.

The way to cook it or stir-fry it is that at first we pinch or cut the kale with our hands or fingers so that it is more delicious than we cut it with a knife, then wash the kale clean, the other ingredients, oil, onion, garlic, green chilies, tomatoes and flavoring (raiko).

The ingredients are all sliced ​​except for the raiko, after all of them are sliced, then place the pan on the stove then give enough oil to make it delicious then turn on the stove after the oil is hot, then we add the ingredients that have been sliced ​​earlier. the material is also already moist, then we add the kale and close it for a while so that it cooks quickly because there is steam.

After a while we reopen the lid, then give a little salt and flavoring or raiko to make it more delicious and delicious then we
