I wish i grew up in my hometown

Hello to all hive users πŸ™‚β€οΈπŸ‘‹
Hope you all are good and enjoying your weekend well ☺️

I was very unwell for the last 2 weeks, so I am posting after a long time.

Just as everyone has one a hometown, I too have a hometown. Our hometown is not far away from our new house, it will be hardly 40 kms.
My grandfather left hometown and came to the city to do their graduation and rest of the family members used to stay in home town. Grandpa used to go to home town only during holidays. Although I was not even born at that time, but my grandmother used to tell that at that time there used to be many families in the village and people's source of income used to be farming, we used to have many farms in which we used to grow pulses, wheat and paddy. We also used to cultivate Madua and many vegetables, at that time we also had three cows.
I feel very happy to hear that there used to be such a time too, I really like the life of the village. I would like to live in such an environment very much, but in today's time, I see such an environment very rarely. In today's time, very few people like to do such work and live in such an environment, in today's time everyone wants a job, everyone likes to work in the office. In fact, real life is lived in the village where there is pure air, clean environment and love in each other.

Our grandmother used to tell us that when many families used to live in their village, at that time all the families used to help each other a lot. When there is some function in any family all the peoples from village used to do any help they can whether it was about helping money or for some other work, all the families used to work unitedly, for example, if there is a marriage in someone's house, then all the work is done in the marriage, such as cooking, decorating the house, shopping from the market. Villagers used to help each other in all kinds of work, there was no need to call people from outside and no artisan was called from outside to cook food, all the village people's used to do all the work.

Our grandmother used to tell one more thing that they also used to be exchange grains and other food items from farms with each other, for example, if I had more wheat this time, I would give extra wheat to someone who need wheat and he used to give me some other grain from his farms in return. Whatever the main festivals used to be, whatever dishes were prepared at people's homes in those festivals, those dishes were also exchanged.

I feel so happy to hear here that the people of that time lived together with each other with love, even though there were not so many resources at that time, still people used to live in a very good way and really I like such a life that there should be love among people, you should be useful to each other, help each other's good and bad, in fact, this is the biggest humanity in life.

After some time, gradually people started migrating from the village and people started coming towards the big cities, now in such a situation agriculture started decreasing and the population also decreased. We were born in the city and grew up in city so we used to be visit village very rarely, even now we can go there only occasionally, so now it seems quite deserted because there are hardly two to three families there and being in the middle of the mountains Due to this, there is a lot of cold and the terror of wild animals is also very high.
