Teachers have an important contribution in our life since childhood. Since our school days, we spend more time with teachers than with our family members and especially in school they act as our guardias, whatever we learn on school days it should be possible with the help of teachers only. Whatever we are able to become today in the future, whatever we are striving for, it is only because of the education imparted by the teachers.
Often when we are students, there are many teachers in our school and some of those teachers we like very much and some teachers are very disliked, this must have happened or happened to all of you.
My best teacher ever
Now we come to the main topic, if we get a chance to give our teachers grade, then I will go to give the best teacher award to B.Pandey sir. Pandey sir came to our school when we went to class 9, Pandey sir used to teach us physics and physics seems to be a very complex subject because first of all its a new subject and often the new student does not understand many things at first and for that a good guidance is needed very much because physics is a very important fortune of science, whatever technology is being developed in our world today, be it in any field, it was possible only with the help of physics, because physics is responsible for all the techniques. There is a very important contribution in this, so the subject remains a bit complicated here.

The same thing happened with me in the beginning, I was finding physics very complicated in the beginning, and it has become so complicated that I had even thought that I will select commerce stream in class XI.
When we went to class 9 in the beginning, at that time our physics teacher was someone else and at that time he was also new to our school, but his teaching was not understood by many children and all the children were very upset because even they could not understand new things, then after some days, administration sent the teacher to another class and a new teacher was appointed for class 9-10, that teacher was Pandey Sir. Pandey sir taught so well from the very first day that our interest in physics got awakened and the things which we were finding difficult became very easy. His best thing was that he explained any complicated topic with easy examples With the help of this, he used to explain that even a person who has never opened a book in his life can also understand that thing. Then after some time Pandey started teaching us Physics as well as Mathematics and there he used to explain Mathematics to us so well that I had stopped all my home tuitions and I used to study with his help only.
Really I used to find maths very complicated till class 9th so I was not interested in maths at all and I used to promote with great difficulty but after class 9th my interest completely changed towards maths and I enjoy solving maths . I had become adept at solving these types of problems and even my family members were surprised to see these things that the child who didn't used to study without scolding, has now started studying on his own and studies for a long time, they were also very happy to see this.
The second reason for giving me the grade of the best teacher to Pandey sir is that, I used to see at that time many teachers in our school did not use much effort to teach the children, they did not see where the children were finding difficulty to understand and the problems are happening and how to understand them better, where the teacher did not see what is the reason behind the children who are scoring so low and these were the things that Pandey sir catched up very well,Understood this thing and did a great job on it. Pandey Sir used to clear the doubts of the children even on his lunch time. He did not refuse to study at all, no matter how late he was getting, for him the first thing to do was to clear the doubts of the children.
Apart from this, one more thing which I liked very much was that he did not demotivate any child. No matter how much that child was a duffer in studies, but he never used to give punishment to him, but used to try to know here and there why this is happening and after knowing that reason, started working on its solution.
I also think that in today's time every teacher should have such kind of attitude towards their students because today I see that the teachers in any school do consider teaching as just a job or a task, but the job of a teacher is a very responsible job, which I think should be done with utmost sensitivity so that the coming generation does not face any problems.
My worst teacher ever
And if I talk about the worst teacher now, then it was our PTI sir. I will call PTI sir worst because there are many reasons behind this and the first reason was that he was appointed in the school to improve the physical health of the children but they didn't trained us for any games.

They didn't even give us period to play games were used to give her period to teach other teacher, they had nothing to do with the physical health of the children because physical health is also very important in the life of the children, no matter how much you study, but after studying along with this it is also very important to be physically fit, so physical activities are also made compulsory in the school, but there we were not able to provide any kind of physical activity.
We used to study whole day and hardly got a period for games, so we used to be very excited that we would get to play games, but he used to give games period to some teacher for extra class.
Along with this, the other worst thing that I found about him was that he used to reach over to the children, he used to scold many children without any reason and used to beat many children in the hands and feet with a stick. This thing used to have a very bad effect on the children. I could not understand that for what he was getting salary, because he used to sit there empty all day, and our principal also did not raise any objection that why you are not getting the children to do physical activity and why are you not bringing any sports items for them, while we used to pay monthly on the sports fee, still there is no sports item available in our school and that is why our school also did not participate in any district level tournament, which I think is a big negligence of the school because it is very important to prepare the children along with studies as well as on top of other things because it is not possible that every child goes ahead only in studies because the child likes many things like sports and other activities and can move forward by performing well in those things too, but alas, the schools keep pushing the children only on studies and do not pay attention to other activities at all.
