Intro
Hello everyone!, welcome to my post, It's weekend here so this time I'm gonna share one of a fruit that is very interesting in flavor, I love the sour flavor of this fruit, let's see how do I eat this fruit!
Picking the fruits
The fruit tree is located in front of my rent houses, the people who rent houses around always also love to takes the fruit, not only the people who rented houses but the neghbours who lives near this tree sometimes come to take the fruit as well. The fruit tree is quite high so I got to climb it to hand pick the bilimbi fruit one by one
Slices into tiny pieces
After picking the fruit, I have the fruit sliced in small pieces, the slice is simple just make sure it is slice smaller or up to you. I am comfortable with small slices
before eating this fruit I usually make a mixed of shrimp paste and fresh chili, simply just mixed them with little water and mixed it using spoon, after that just put the sliced bilimbi fruit to the mixed srhimp paste and chili, Bon Appetit!
