Introduction
As you know, The Talent Club is a project wich select talented people to create a talent club on the Hive blockchain with the approach, among others, of being able to provide very diverse solutions and services in a near future.
In addition, our financial part, so to speak, provides a series of advantages to said members, who enter a club whitelist and receive a daily automatic vote (but checking their content to make sure noone is shitposting), monthly liquid payment and liquid payment when increasing their membership.
So far, taking into account the daily vote (NET, subtracting 50% of the curation rewards that the voter takes) and the monthly liquid payment (we do not take into account for these data the liquid payment at the time of scalating memberships), we were giving a total APR of, at least, +35% for any membership.
In fact, the data shows that the APR was quite higher for some memberships and, although in the past some adjustments were made to standardize it, it was about time to do another one.

These are the data of what we have been offering so far when we claimed were providing a +35% APR:

New financial information
We have focused on standardizing all memberships equally to a minimum of a +41% APR, for which we have needed to reduce voting percentages in most cases, except for the Californium-252 membership, which was slightly increased.
We have increased the monthly liquid payment of all memberships by +8.33%, compared to previous monthly payments.
Of that +41% APR that we offer to our members, a 34.50% corresponds to the daily vote and a 6.5% to the monthly liquid payment.
We deduce, therefore, that for a member to get that annual 41% rate, he should publish excellent quality content seven times a week.
We have used $0.48 as reference price for $HIVE and Upvote Calculator by @penguinpablo, to obtain the data which refers to the dollar amount of the daily vote that belongs to each membership, already subtracted 50% of the curation rewards that voters take.

With this new financial update, we would be distributing a minimum of 34.66% of the club's curation rewards among our members (actually more if we take into account the direct liquid payments when they scalate memberships).
To this 34.66% we also add 45% of the curation rewards that we distribute among our TLNT token holders, thus distributing a minimum of 79.66% from our total curation rewards.
Since the publication of this article, the club will stop all its activity for the minimum time necessary for these new changes to take place, a time that can range from a couple of hours or even a whole day, that is why we ask our members for patience and avoid getting frustrated by not getting today's vote.
