Nature and Human, it's such an overarching topic. Don't we confront it every day in our daily lives. In our role as intruders in nature. Still, it was hard for me to choose a photo today. I wanted to be a little more positive, to show something different, not the regular negative human intervention in nature. Something unusual... You know how much I love unusual things. 😊 So this is a picture taken during my trip to Thassos Island. And this is a street decoration made by local people. It's so unusual, don't you think?

This is a good example of how Nature and Human can do good together. I found this water source by the road, next to a mountain hill where a small spring coming though a rock has been turned into a female figure, carved in that same stone.

Probably that symbolizes fertility, or life? May be just the beautify of the nature and its feminine genesis? I do not know and I was not able to find more information about that artistic water source. I am also not sure if the face of the sculpture was damaged by time or it has been created that way.
