Motherhood
Motherhood is the condition of being a mother, that is, this term describes a woman who conceived and gave birth to one or more children, or a woman who exercises a caring role with affection and responsibility similar to that of a mother.
For biology, motherhood occurs when a female person has offspring, while in the cultural aspect, a woman who raises, protects and provides love to a child regardless of whether she is its biological mother or not, which is often referred to as a foster mother, can be considered a mother.
This pair of photos from my personal archive were taken many years ago while I was in the company of the mother of my two children and my youngest son. Although I don't remember exactly what we were doing at the time, we were probably having a snack after going to the movies.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
La maternidad es la condición de madre, es decir, este término describe a la mujer que concibió y dió a luz a uno o más hijos, o aquella mujer que ejerce un rol de cuidado con afecto y responsabilidad similar al que suelen desarrollar las madres.
Para la biología, la maternidad se produce cuando una persona de sexo femenino tiene descendencia, mientras que en el aspecto cultural, se puede considerar madre a la mujer que cría, protege y brinda amor a un niño independientemente de que sea su madre biológica o no, lo que se suele conocer como madre de crianza.
Este par de fotos de mi archivo personal, las tomé muchos años atrás mientras me encontraba en compañía de la madre de mis dos hijos y el menor de estos. Aunque no recuerdo con exactitud lo que estábamos haciendo en aquel momento, probablemente nos encontrabamos merendando luego de haber asistido al cine.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
