Undoubtedly, having the possibility of seeing the sea every day is one of the greatest pleasures that exist. The simple fact of walking along the beach or casually strolling around its surroundings will only be possible if you live near the coast.
However, beyond all of the above, science has recently shown that living near the sea brings with it countless benefits for our health.
Among these benefits are the following: better air quality, a decrease in stress levels, improved sleep quality, and consequently, better physical and mental health.
These photos belong to my personal archive and correspond to the facilities of the Puerto Azul Club, as well as to the residential and vacation buildings located near the town of Naiguatá, on the central Venezuelan coast.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Indudablemente tener la posibilidad de ver cada día el mar es uno de los mayores placeres que existen. El simple hecho de caminar por la playa o recorrer despreocupadamente sus alrededores solo será posible si resides en una zona cercana la costa.
Sin embargo, más allá de todo lo anterior, la ciencia ha demostrado recientemente que vivir cerca del mar trae consigo infinidad de beneficios para nuestra salud.
Entre estos beneficios destacan los siguientes: una mejor calidad del aire, una disminución de los niveles de estrés, mejoría en la calidad del sueño, y en consecuencia, una mejor salud tanto física como mental.
Estas fotos pertenecientes a mi archivo personal, corresponden a las instalaciones del Club Puerto Azul, así como a los edificios residenciales y vacacionales ubicados en las cercanías de la población de Naiguatá, en el litoral central venezolano.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
