Rest
Rest is the pause in the middle of work or any other activity that is being performed at the time. In this sense, rest is what helps relieve fatigue and physical ailments.
Resting correctly achieves that the person relaxes, without any type of exhaustion and with all the active attitudes to develop or continue with his routine. That is why it is so important to rest correctly.
These photographs from my personal archive, correspond to wooden benches located in the Ayacucho Park, a monument located in the central part of the city of Barquisimeto, created to commemorate the first centenary of the Battle of Ayacucho, the last warlike confrontation within the independence campaigns in South America, and that meant the definitive withdrawal of the Spanish troops in the region.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Descanso es el reposo o la pausa que se hace en medio del trabajo o de cualquier otra actividad que se esté realizando en el momento. En este sentido, el descanso es lo que ayuda a aliviar la fatiga y las dolencias físicas.
Descansar correctamente logra que la persona se relaje, sin ningún tipo de agotamiento y con todas las actitudes activas para desarrollar o continuar con su rutina. Por eso, es la importancia que cobra un correcto descanso.
Estas fotografías de mi archivo personal, corresponden a bancos de madera ubicados en el Parque Ayacucho, un monumento ubicado en la parte central de la ciudad de Barquisimeto, creado para conmemorar el primer centenario de la Batalla de Ayacucho, el último enfrentamiento bélico dentro de las campañas independentistas en América del Sur, y que significó el retiro definitivo de las tropas españolas en la región.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
