El día de hoy vengo a participar en la iniciativa de @engerbertms donde nos invita a contar la historia de 4 fotos diferentes. Cuando lo leí tuve muchas ideas de que fotos poner porque soy de las que tiene miles de álbumes en la computadora con fotos recientes y con fotos de esas que ves actualmente y te ocasionan cringe JAJAJ así que estará bastante interesante. ¡Empecemos! ___ > I am very, very, VERY much a fan of initiatives that are personal, that allow you to connect with those who read you and through their writings live and feel their experiences, just as if it were a book. Comenzamos con una foto que me causa mucha pena porque sinceramente algunas de mis fotos de pequeña me causan ese sentimiento. Pero esta es de cuando estaba en 3er grado. Siempre he sido una persona que ha querido resaltar en todo lo que hace, en ese entonces yo quería ser reina de carnaval. En 2do grado me inscribí pero no lo logre ese año. Recuerdo que me sentía muy celosa y molesta de mi prima porque ella todos los años la escogían y yo decía que a mi no me elegían por ser negrita y por ser fea. A pesar de creer lo anterior mencionado me inscribí para probar suerte en 3er grado donde por fin tuve la oportunidad de ser la reina de carnaval de mi grado. Mi papa quien es un amor de persona, me empezó a repetir desde ese día que **todo llega a su tiempo**, que tal vez mi momento de brillar ser reina no era antes si no ahora y que aprovechara al máximo esa oportunidad. Luego de el desfile que se hace con todas las escuelas de La Victoria, regrese feliz a mi casa al lado de la persona que siempre me da los mejores consejos. Luego de ese año, me eligieron todos los años para serlo. Mi papa tomo esa experiencia como uno de los consejos de vida que suele darme cada que tiene oportunidad porque hasta la fecha de hoy sigue diciéndome que no debo angustiarme por las cosas que no se me dan al momento, porque tal vez mas adelante se me dé de una mejor forma o que podría pasarme algo mejor de lo que quería. Todos tenemos nuestro momento de brillar y nunca **NUNCA** debemos dejar de creer en nosotros mismos. _______ > We start with a photo that causes me a lot of grief because some of my photos from when I was little cause me that feeling. In spite of believing the above mentioned I signed up to try my luck in 3rd grade where I finally had the opportunity to be the carnival queen of my grade. > My father, who is such a loving person, began to repeat to me since that day that everything comes at the right time, that maybe my time to shine as queen was not before but now and that I should make the most of that opportunity. After the parade that is done with all the schools of La Victoria, I returned home happy next to the person who always gives me the best advice. > After that year, I was elected every year to be one. My dad took that experience as one of the life advice he usually gives me every chance he gets because to this day he keeps telling me that I should not be anxious about the things that do not happen to me at the moment, because maybe later it will happen in a better way or that something better than I wanted could happen to me. Gracias a Dios mi hermanita no puede ver nada de esto porque estoy segura de que me golpearía si llegase a ver que use una foto donde ella sale pequeñita JAJAJA. Pues les cuento, ese pequeño ser que esta mi lado es la persona por la cual yo daría la vida, es la razón por la cual aguanto muchas cosas y sinceramente el amor mas grande que tengo. Su nombre es Maylinn y actualmente tiene 14 años, pero en el tiempo de la foto, solo tenia 7 años. May nunca le gusto quedarse en casa cuando había un evento en el cual yo debía asistir, siempre que me tocaba cantar ella automáticamente quería ir a verme, no importaba si debía quedarme hasta la madrugada en el lugar, ella aguantaba y compartía esa emoción junto a mi. Esta foto entra en el top de los días mas felices de mi vida. Cuando tenia 9 años mi papa decidió inscribirme en un instituto de idiomas para estudiar ingles, yo quede enamorada de ese instituto desde el primer día, los salones tenían nombres de países, hacían muchos eventos, los profesores eran una maravilla explicando nononono era todo un sueño. Lo que mas me encantaba de todo era que anualmente se realizaba una competencia de deletreo, a mi siempre me ha gustado meterme en actividades donde deba retarme a mi misma y pues decidí inscribirme. No fue tan fácil como creía, siendo un instituto bastante elegante y organizado la competencia no fue simplemente aprenderse 3 palabras y deletrearlas, nos dieron unas guías que tenían en cada hoja 1.000 palabras (para mi nivel eran 3 hojas) eso me puso nerviosa, pero no me detuvo. A cada nivel le asignaban un profesor, fueron semanas y semanas de practica hasta que por fin llego el día de la competencia. El evento se realizo en una liceo que tenia forma de castillo, la decoración había quedado preciosa y yo no soltaba la guía que ya en ese momento debía saberme. El evento paso rápido y ya antes de finalizar (en ese momento solo quedábamos 2 participantes) me puse tan nerviosa que me equivoque en una letra perdiendo así la competencia. Quede en segundo lugar pero estaba bien orgullosa de mi premio y mi papá presumió mi pequeño triunfo por todos lados. Sin duda, fue un día de muchas emociones bonitas. _____ > This picture is in the top of the happiest days of my life. When I was 9 years old my dad decided to enroll me in a language institute to study English, I fell in love with that institute from the first day, the classrooms were named after countries, they had many events, the teachers were wonderful at explaining nononono, it was a dream. > What I loved most of all was that every year there was a spelling competition, I always liked to get into activities where I had to challenge myself and I decided to sign up. It was not as easy as I thought, being a very elegant and organized institute the competition was not just to learn 3 words and spell them, they gave us some guides that had 1,000 words on each sheet (for my level there were 3 sheets) that made me nervous, but it didn't stop me. > Each level was assigned a teacher, it was weeks and weeks of practice until the day of the competition finally arrived. The event was held in a high school in the shape of a castle, the decoration was beautiful and I did not let go of the guide that I should have known by that time. The event passed quickly and before the end (at that time there were only 2 participants left) I got so nervous that I made a mistake in one letter and lost the competition. > I came in second place but I was very proud of my prize and my dad bragged about my little triumph everywhere. Esta foto es de hace 2 semanas, ese chico que sale conmigo es el dueño de mi corazón desde hace 5 años. Estos últimos meses fueron difíciles debido a que ahora no vivimos en la misma ciudad y por lo tanto tuvimos que adaptarnos a los cambios brutales que por razones obvias empezaron en nuestra relación. Teníamos 4 meses sin vernos y yo personalmente estaba pasando por un momento difícil con la universidad y con nuestra relación porque lo extrañaba demasiado. Unas semanas antes de esa foto yo le estaba insistiendo mucho para que me visitara y me frustraba siempre recibir la misma respuesta: *Ya falta poco para vernos amor* Ese día en particular no tenia nada que hacer, no debía salir a ningún lado así que me quede en pijama, calenté cafesito y me fui al cuarto de mi mama a ver una serie que me habían recomendado. Fran me habia escrito diciendome que iba a salir con su papa asi que sabia que no iba a hablar con el hasta mas tarde, como no iba a hablar con nadie deje mi telefono en modo avion y me acoste a disfrutar la serie. Media hora mas tarde mi hermanita me dice que me están llamando afuera de la casa. Me levante molesta porque pensé que era un amigo y en ese momento no me sentía con ánimos de salir a atender a nadie. Pero cuando me asomo a ver quien es me quede atónita al ver que era Fran esperándome afuera. Rápidamente me puse mis cholas y baje a abrirle la puerta dándole un abrazo acompañado de mucho llanto de felicidad. **¡Gracias por hacerme tan feliz @franconav !** _____ > This picture is from 2 weeks ago, that guy that goes out with me is the owner of my heart since 5 years ago. A few weeks before that picture I was insisting him to visit me and I was always frustrated to receive the same answer: "We are not going to see each other for a long time". > That particular day I had nothing to do, I didn't have to go out anywhere so I stayed in my pajamas, warmed up some coffee and went to my mom's room to watch a series that had been recommended to me. Fran had texted me saying she was going out with her dad so I knew I wasn't going to talk to him until later, as I wasn't going to talk to anyone I left my phone on airplane mode and went to bed to enjoy the series. > Half an hour later my little sister tells me that they are calling me outside the house. I got up annoyed because I thought it was a friend and at that moment I didn't feel like going out to see anyone. But when I looked out to see who it was, I was stunned to see that it was Fran waiting for me outside. I quickly put on my cholas and went downstairs to open the door giving him a hug accompanied by a lot of tears of happiness.
