| Они выглядели масштабно и инопланетно. Такое впечатление создавало дно Ла-Манша в Бухте Мон-Сен-Мишель, обнажающееся при отливах. А отливы/приливы в этом месте самые большие во всей Европе. Те несколько часов, что мы были в Мон-Сен-Мишеле, пришлись на время отлива. | They looked large-scale and alien. This impression was created by the bottom of the English Channel in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, exposed at low tides. And the ebb/tide in this place is the highest in all of Europe. The few hours we were in Mont Saint Michel were at low tide. |
