| Лазаревская церковь в Пятигорске (полное название: церковь в честь Господа Иисуса Христа, воскрешающего Лазаря Четверодневного из мертвых) построена первоначально по проекту архитекторов братьев Бернардацци Джованни-Баттиста и Джузеппе-Марко. Эти два брата родом из Швейцарии приехали в 1822г. в Россию. Именно они создали облик курортного Пятигорска. | Lazarevskaya Church in Pyatigorsk (full name: the church in honor of the Lord Jesus Christ, resurrecting Lazarus from the dead for four days) was originally built according to the design of the architects of the Bernardazzi brothers Giovanni Battista and Giuseppe Marco. These two brothers, originally from Switzerland, arrived in 1822. in Russia. It was they who created the appearance of the resort Pyatigorsk. |
| К сожалению, построенная по их проекту Лазаревская церковь, спустя десяток лет дала трещины в результате оползневого процесса и, в конце концов, была разобрана. На её месте стали возвели новый храм. Строительство завершилось в 1901 году уже под руководством архитектора Э.Б. Ходжаева. Именно эту церковь вы видите на фотографии. | Unfortunately, the Lazarevskaya Church, built according to their project, cracked after a dozen years as a result of a landslide process and, in the end, was dismantled. A new temple was erected in its place. The construction was completed in 1901 under the guidance of the architect E.B. Khojaev. This is the church you see in the photo. |
