That day I gave the Pringles diffuser another try for my Macro Photo Shoot because I wanted to try a smaller diffuser set up for my future photo hunt. The current diffuser that I have is very nice, but the problem is the weight, the diffuser adds a considerable weight to the camera.
I saw this stink bug in the spinach plant in my small garden at home, and then I decided to try the diffuser. I use the lowest power on the flash. But the result is not as good as I wanted. The light still feels harsh on the stink bug and the plant.
Maybe I should stick up with the current diffuser so that I could get a good soft light from the flash to illuminate the subject. I also should save up to buy the grip for the camera, so that I could have a batter grip on the camera and distribute the weight much better than it is now.
But it is still a long goal because now I have to work with the current set up, I guess after sometimes I will get use to the weight, just need a little bit more exercise and photo hunt. : )
