I agree with that, but lately it seems there are a lot more of the stone variety! I just cant catch a break anymore.
Of course that is the late great John Denver singing, but the real interesting thing is the story behind the music. The song was written by Dick Feller, born in 1943 and who in 2014, at age 71 came out as Deena Kaye Rose, a trans woman. Got to say I didnt see that coming.

So my tale comes from the road. Seems I am always on the road anymore... However there is a part of me (must be my gypsy half, yes my mom was 100% Hungarian!) that loves the road life.. I mean what is not to love?!? First you get the best of views right out your window...
Second you get to save your money. Who needs to spend the top dollar at Starbucks when you get "Room With a Brew" coffee for free!!!
Then you get to enjoy such luxurious accommodations!!! LOL

Oh and of course as the late great Paul Lynde sang, the dinners are a veritable smorgasbord. LOL who doesnt love little Templeton?
Yet we did get a few things moved, mainly some of the heavy stuff that is earmarked for reconditioning.
But as well as the day went, some of us had to take so many water brakes. I do know his shirt was wet with sweat.
There goes that new car smell!
