☕Que maravilla que el popular negrito le rinden como un homenaje con esta comunidad. Para quienes somos de Venezuela, el café es una de las necesidades básicas principales, es como contagioso, porque este post lo vi en el blog de @wendyth16 que estaba tomándose un rico café, que a su vez lo vio en el blog de @brujita18 que nos embrujo, pero para pasar la prueba debemos responder las siguientes cafegruntas o sea preguntas relacionadas con el café.

A que edad, bueno a pesar de mi corta de edad de 52 años, puedo decir que desde el 2010 para acá es que empecé a tomar café pero café negrito, solo sin mas nada, ni yo se porque, eso que en mi casa o desde mi infancia nunca falto el café, pero nunca es tarde para empezar je je.

En el café hay muchas variantes: negrito, fuerte, guarapo, cerrero, capuccino, late-vainilla. Pero para mi y ese si lo tomo desde que era muy pequeña, que lo aprendí con mis abuelos, es el CAFE CON LECHE, es mi debilidad, mi delirio, un excelente acompañante de un desayuno con un rico pan, o en las cenas con una rica cena, o viceversa.

De beneficiar así como dijéramos creo que el café no beneficia mucho a la salud, si se toma en exceso. Pero si hay beneficios en otras cosas como hacerse una mascarilla con la borra del café, la borra del café sirve de sirve de abono orgánico, Mas bien hay que tener cuidado con el consumo excesivo del café.
Como tampoco creo porque no me pasa eso de que sin café no podrían vivir je je, pero si hay personas que sin café les da dolor de cabeza, ansiedad, a mi no.

Lo usual es dos o tres veces al día, en una familia que son bien asiduos con el café. En mi asa, no llevo la cuenta, pero como cuatro veces, en la mañana con el desayuno, luego en la tarde para merendar con una rica torta que de paso la hice con café, o con galletas, en la cena, pero cuando me quedo trabajando hasta tarde publicando aqui en HIVE, me preparo una taza de café o café con leche.
The usual is two or three times a day, in a family that is very assiduous with coffee. I don't keep count, but I eat four times, in the morning with breakfast, then in the afternoon for a snack with a delicious cake that I made with coffee, or with cookies, at dinner, but when I stay late at work publishing here on HIVE, I make myself a cup of coffee or coffee with milk.

En la mía creo que si, recuerdo que en mi casa, todos tomaban café menos yo pero negrito, yo lo tomaba con leche. Mi abuela era una que hasta frio de la nevera se lo tomaba je je. Mi papa tomaba siempre café, mi mama siempre tenia un termo con café tibio.
In mine I think so, I remember that in my house, everyone drank coffee except me but black, I drank it with milk. My grandmother was one of those who even drank it cold from the refrigerator hehehe. My father always drank coffee, my mother always had a thermos with warm coffee.
Ya cuando forme mi hogar lo compraba, porque a mi esposo le gustaba, mi mama venia a veces y le brindaba, pero eso si lo hago sin azúcar y cada quien a su gusto le ponía su azúcar, porque como mi mama es diabética, lo tomo sin azúcar, yo lo tomo bajo de azúcar.

Y esa fue mi café-historia, estoy dispuesta a que me inviten un café, o un con leche, yo llevo el pan.
