My encounters with coffee have always been very gratifying in their majority, in reality it is because I choose to taste them at home and therefore I use what my palate prefers, that is one of the great advantages because I know that in the official establishments they do not always meet your expectations.
My experiences away from home are very scarce, but I remember that the first time I visited a coffee shop, I was so excited that when I saw the place I did not even ask for the menu to be able to select a coffee of my preference and I asked for a classic latte, while my husband preferred an espresso.
In my case I was very pleased with my drink, but in the case of my husband he did not like the coffee because it was very strong and even though he added a double portion of sugar, it was very difficult for him to consume it and he left disappointed and with a slight headache.
This was my experience and I told myself that I should investigate a little on the flavors and varieties of coffee, there are so many combinations and presentations that exist that we can not marry with only one, so I choose to spoil us very often and my husband is happy with the results obtained.
After my search to discover new recipes I have been able to continue having pleasant experiences with coffee, independently of the possible combinations that I make, it must be at its best or in the best of cases its flavor must stand out before the other ingredients, otherwise it would become an ordinary drink, because it is masked.
My preferences with coffee can vary according to what my palate is craving at the moment, if it is hot as it is the most common in my locality, we are inclined to have iced coffee, but we always start the day with hot coffee, this is our traditional coffee.
Recently I was in a place where they offered me coffee and since I had already tried 2 of their options I was inclined to experiment with a different one, they say that variety is the spice of life and I continue to enjoy my coffees in their different presentations.
