Hello community today I want to share something new I ventured into the kitchen and as it could not be a delight of coffee, a cake so good that reminds you of Christmas cookies with a flavor and aroma of coffee and cinnamon that everyone loved at home. The kids loved it and the older ones still ask me to do it again.
So I'm going to share this recipe I hope you like it was made with love and affection and above all with a coffee aroma and a coffee smell that was a pleasure to make this confection.
First, in a pot or bowl, we break about 4 to 6 eggs.
Then we add about 2 to 3 medium cups of fine sugar.
We have to stir very well either with a fork or we use an electric mixer but I use the fork more to mix everything well.
Then add 2 to 3 cups of wheat flour with baking powder included.
Mix well to mix the ingredients egemonoically
Then we must add a portion of good oil, it can be between a glass and a glass and a half of oil.
We do the same as we did to oil for good oil and about a cup to a cup and a half of oil.
So we started the best part of making a delicious coffee in the pot with the water boiling well.
In this case I used a lighter Pensal brand coffee but very tasty
To further strengthen the coffee aroma and the smell I put a good bit of fruity delat coffee with an incredible smell and cream next to the preparation and start to stir.
Finally, for this delicious coffee and so that it can grow well, we add a little yeast and just two to three teaspoons of coffee is enough for it to be good.
Now we can put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes and this coffee cake is very special, it made the delights of the house. I also added a little powdered cinnamon which added a touch to the very good coffee.
