Glad to know you've made so much progress on your quirky old recipe. Irrish Coffee, hearing the name alone is already very tempting. Even you added version 2.0. Cool!
Your recipe is very rich. All the ingredients you add will form a taste that I can't imagine, because I've never tried it. Unfortunately we live far from each other. !LOL
I'm sure, in the future you will issue the next versions; let us all know about it.
