There are multiple factors that contribute to have a good experience in a coffee shop, from my point of view the main factor is the quality and varieties of coffee offered, but there are several things that can improve the experience, such as customer service, the environment and furniture, they do not have to be luxury furniture, but comfortable and allow us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, either alone or in the company of another person.

The products found in the coffee shop should be a complement to our coffee, these can be biscuits, cakes, bread, snacks and other types of food that serve for breakfast or dinner; that is to say, the more products the coffee shop offers the better, even so the main protagonist of the place should be the coffee, therefore, it would be interesting if they sell coffee beans or processed coffee, so the customer can take the product home.

Hygiene is another important factor; keeping the place in order and clean is something that generates a pleasant atmosphere among the visitors of the coffee shop, since we all want a place to be clean and in good condition, here we can add from the hygiene of cups, plates and utensils, as well as having clean tables and reception.

It does not necessarily have to be an expensive or large shop, but it should be welcoming and where all the criteria are met so that it can meet the orders of customers, from my point of view each of the above details serve as factors to have a good experience in a coffee shop; as already mentioned the coffee shop should offer a variety of products, should be a hygienic, comfortable place and have a good customer service.
