No todo en la vida es puro trabajo, también debemos darnos un tiempo para nosotros, es por eso, que en esta ocasión decidí invitar a mi hermana a tomar un café, mientras nuestros hijos están en el colegio.
Escoger el lugar para mí es difícil, porque hay muchos cafés en Valencia y no es mucho el tiempo, ni muchas las referencias, es por ello que decidimos ir a lugares los cuales nunca hayamos visitado, así que ví en la Avenida Andrés Eloy Blanco un buen sitio de nombre Pistazie.
Tomar un café acompañada es bueno, pero con mi hermana es muchísimo mejor, porque en ese momento aprovechamos conversar de todo, desde los planes a futuro, los arreglos del hogar, las inversiones, en fin, nos damos un tiempo para disfrutar de manera relajada.
Este lugar es nuevo para nosotros, así que leímos en la carta gran cantidad y variedad de café, pero escogimos un par de café express con crema Chantilly, acompañado con una galleta de chocolate grande.
El lugar es algo tranquilo, sirve para relajarse, también fue que asistimos en una media mañana dónde lo normal es estar en el trabajo.
Durante el tiempo de espera si aprovechamos un par de fotos, y por supuesto planeamos un par de arreglos en el hogar, es que hay unos detalles con la bomba de agua, ya que hemos cambiado el presostato varias veces, y mi regreso a San Fernando por motivo de un evento Hive.
La variedad de postre en el lugar, me rememora la cocina francesa, por los detalles, son muy delicados a la hora decorar haciendo que el sabor entre por los ojos.
El barista encargado de la elaboración del café cuenta con un gran equipo, el cual le sirve para realizar un buen trabajo, además que un ambiente no solo para los clientes sino para todos, una música de fondo algo suave, que permita hacer una buena conversación.
Mejor me apresuró a la mesa porque todo está lista para el café.
Un par de café expreso bien fuerte pero la crema Chantilly hace equilibrio lo dulce con el café haciendo que disfrutamos ya que no es común, pero de verdad puedo decir que es delicioso.
Me gusto la crema encima del café, el contraté de sabores y la compañía hace que el disfrute sea al máximo, espero tu también te des el chance de disfrutar en familia, porque los recuerdos es lo que nos llena, esa satisfacción de felicidad.
La galleta de chocolate estaba en su punto, el quiebre el sabor, el acompañamiento con la bebida calienta, te invito a venir y disfrutar de la variedad de postres.
Salud, brindemos por un buen café, un rico postre y la mejor compañía.
