And then I want to tell you how you can make good, tasty coffee - cappuccino at home. And this is the easiest recipe for everyone who loves coffee. Historically, the combination of black coffee with milk has developed as follows - it began to be prepared in monasteries. And all why? Because the church initially forbade drinking coffee, because it believed that black coffee is the drink of the devil. But the monks figured out how to avoid this prohibition. They diluted coffee with milk, so to speak, illuminated this drink. And then it became possible to drink it. Now further on the preparation of this drink. And then what do we need to make a Cappuccino? I have a Turk or a geyser coffee maker, milk, 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee, 100-150 ml of water, a container for warming milk, a whisk, a mixer and that's it. Further - we also brew coffee and pour it into a cup (mug), then add hot milk, pre-whipped with a whisk (or in a mixer). The milk should reach the whipped cap. We add - someone sugar or cinnamon to taste. Cappuccino differs from latte in more coffee taste, it has more foam. And also milk froth for cappuccino can be replaced with ready-made whipped cream, which is sold in any grocery store. That's all - drink and enjoy your homemade cappuccino.
