I had been wanting to go out for a good coffee with a friend for a long time, but the hot afternoons kept us locked in our comfort zone. A few days ago, the season of scattered showers began, and it mitigated the heat wave that spread during this month. Yesterday, with our minds made up, we both went to a very well known cafe in the area that opened its doors a few months ago, and that we had not yet visited. It is "La Ventana", a very attractive proposal offered by the @chocobaha team to enjoy all its products, and of course, the delicious combinations of coffee and chocolate, and many other delicacies.
The afternoon was filled with anecdotes, laughter, tasting the house specialty, and the reunion with Luis Bahachille, a wonderful guy who was part of my group of students in my school days, and who today, along with his wife and the whole team that makes up his company, fills us Tigrenses with pride for crossing borders with his successful creation, Chocobaha's chocolate. Although it does not stop here, their repertoire of products is extensive, it is working with cocoa in all its possible dimensions.
At La Ventana we were able to enjoy the house specialty, as I said before, and that is the Chocobaha Coffee with a well achieved mixture of coffee, milk, chocolate syrup and condensed milk. This fusion of flavors is so perfect that we did not want to finish our coffee.
We accompanied our afternoon coffee with delicious 10 cm full cheese tequeños, oatmeal cookies, and a Chocobaha bonbon that had a unique smooth flavor and creaminess. I haven't told you that Chocobaha is the official creator of the chocolate that accompanies Hive events all over Venezuela, but that interesting story has to be told by the protagonists themselves.
I can only tell you that they have created a product of great quality, and that from this moment on I consider myself a permanent customer of La Ventana and all the products offered by this wonderful team. Bravo @chocobaha! May the success continue.
