Pleurotus Eryngii, the King Oyster is one of the most delicious mushrooms to grow. It is not too difficult and other than his sibling Oysters it doesn't need the immense Oxygene levels to fruit properly. And what a beauty it is.
Also shelf life is very long due to the density of the fruitbody.
I truly love these guys.
