Hey Face of Hives, Today I simply wanted to bring some selfies from my trip to Ecuador, to the monument Middle og the World, a tourist site in the country, where thousands of people come, both nationals and foreigners, the complex is extremely large and has many attractions and places to visit, it would take a full day to go through all the attractions and hear the story told by the guides.
Climbing the monument is undoubtedly the most frequented, from there you have an amazing view of the entire complex, you can see the headquarters of UNASUR from there, as well as the nearby volcano Pululahua, and on the horizon the volcanoes Cotopaxi and Chimborazo if I am not mistaken. Everything is very cool here, there are many attractions to see, like the cocoa fair and the ancestral homes of Ecuador, I put these examples because the tour and history are really long, visiting the planetarium is also impressive, and the stories of the Galapagos Islands which is a strong tourist attraction of Ecuador.
And in the same way you can observe the facilities of UNASUR, they are truly majestic, although it is not allowed that the tourists enter to see the complex from outside leaves you with the desire to enter and to see as this built inside, outside also you can observe the flags of the countries that conform this entity. Perhaps there is not much to see, but it is a place to take a good selfies.
Even if you take a taxi and go to the Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve you can see other tourist attractions, such as the walk along the volcano trail, and the temple of the sun, which is a place where there are crafts from the ancient inhabitants of this area.
If you are a tourist and want to go to an incredible place, without a doubt I recommend Ecuador, because not only does it have these places, it has many more like the cable car in Quito, "the Virgen of Panecillo" and the Peguche Waterfalls.
