This winter I put to test couple of times my personal knowledge and understanding of life into test.
And the results was obviously great!
I did 3 mountains during winter with short pants...
The first one I did with shoes next two barefoot.
All of them approximately 3 hours each way..
It was a great experience and I was happy to see face to face with the weather and mother nature where my human capabilities are with all of my knowledge..
So the results are great I'm more then happy with everything I've achieved so far!
I use to have a spinal curvature/Scoliosis and Kyphosis but everything came back as it should be after a few months of conscious practice.
I'm nature lover and I also love walking naked when I'm outside surrounded by nature..
And now I have my best friend "Guru" my girl with me all the time :)
She is still a little baby just 6 months and 10 days old :)
No matter that she loves Yoga too :)

We are taking long walks during most of our days when I'm not too busy trying to figure out a way to explain to my friends how blockchain technology works :)
I'm here to stay #bgn
